WARRANTY TERMS
Our products are warranted in accordance with the legal / country specific regulations, effective from the date of purchase by the first user. Consult your authorized dealer for disassembly and service, not covered in this manual. In case of a claim, please send the product, completely assembled, to your dealer or the official service center. Warranty covers the cost of repairing the product and any required replacement of parts that are defective in terms of material or manufacturing and does not apply:
- Where repairs have been made or attempted by people other than the official or an authorized repair center.
- Where modifications or falsifications of the product have been made.
- Where non-genuine or non-recommended parts, consumables or accessories have been installed.
- In case of overuse, unorthodox use or any use not in accordance with the user manual.
- In case of poor maintenance or exposure to harmful environmental factors.
- Where repairs are needed due to normal wear or to consumables, accessories, power cables, sup porting batteries and other related items.
- For minor deviations from the specifications that are not necessary for the proper operation of the product.
- For damages that are the result of factors other than the product, such as natural disasters, theft, wear and tear during transport, accidental dam age etc.
- Where the product is used as a rental item.
- Where the product is an exhibition item, sample or has been supplied free of charge.
